Project Summary
To manage end-to-end recruitment for retail roles across Mumbai/West and ensure timely availability of quality talent for the business.
Qualifications
Any undergraduate degree HR specialization, certification, or postgraduate qualification preferred but not mandatory
Experience
1- 4 years of experience in: Talent Acquisition Recruitment Volume Hiring Retail Industry (preferred)
Technical Skills
Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and managerial retail positions. • Understand manpower requirements from business and hiring managers. • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, social media and other relevant channels. • Build a strong pipeline for recurring retail positions. • Screen and assess candidates for suitability before sharing profiles with hiring managers. • Coordinate interviews, selection, salary discussions, offers and joining. • Work closely with business stakeholders and provide regular updates on hiring progress. • Drive timely closure of vacancies and improve hiring turnaround time. • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide relevant hiring MIS. • Build talent pools and undertake market mapping for critical and difficult-to-fill positions. • Ensure a good candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
