About The Program

Often, women take a break from corporate careers due to various life-stage events. Sequal, Titan's returnship program, provides a platform for women on break to ease their journey back to building careers.

The program will enable women to prepare themselves through project-work, re-entry support and mentoring. This program offers a paid Returnship for experienced professionals to refresh their existing skills which they put into practice through a project-based assignment; Based on performance and business need, there could be an opportunity to evaluate a candidate for regular, full-time employment upon completion of the program.
