We are looking for a high ownership, well-networked regional marketing professional to drive premium customer acquisition and brand visibility through strategic partnerships and events across Delhi NCR. This role will be responsible for conceptualising, identifying, driving and executing high impact cross-brand collaborations, in-store experiences, and luxury ecosystem events across our premium watch brands in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should deeply understand the Delhi luxury and premium consumer landscape, have strong relationship-building capabilities, and possess the agility to independently drive multiple initiatives at a high frequency.
Candidate Profile
· 4-5 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, luxury marketing, partnerships or regional brand marketing
· Strong understanding of Delhi NCR’s premium and luxury consumer ecosystem
· Prior experience working with premium/luxury brands, hospitality, fashion, lifestyle or experiential agencies preferred
· Proven experience in independently driving partnerships and collaborations
· Strong execution orientation with high agility and ownership mindset
· Excellent communication, networking and stakeholder management skills
· Existing network across premium brands, venues, agencies, influencers and communities in Delhi NCR will be a strong advantage
· Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with multiple parallel activations
Key Responsibilities
Partnership & Collaboration Development
· Identify, evaluate and onboard relevant premium and luxury brand partners across categories such as fashion, automobiles, hospitality, art, design, weddings, lifestyle, wellness and culture
· Drive end to end partnership conversations independently, from outreach and pitching to closure and execution
· Build a strong ecosystem of local collaborators, venues, communities, influencers and premium consumer networks
· Conceptualise innovative customer acquisition opportunities through cross-brand collaborations and curated experiences
Events & Activation Execution
· Plan and execute high quality in-store events, regional brand experiences and customer engagement initiatives across the North region
· Drive collaborations and events with internal brands and businesses including Tanishq and Zoya
· Ensure a strong cadence of activations with a target frequency of approximately one event or collaboration per week
· Manage execution seamlessly across agencies, vendors, store teams and internal stakeholders
· Ensure premium experience standards across all touchpoints
Customer Acquisition & Business Impact
· Enable new customer acquisition and lead generation through regional marketing initiatives
· Drive high quality prospect engagement and community building for the brands
· Track and report event outcomes, customer leads, engagement metrics and partnership impact
Stakeholder Management
· Work closely with retail, sales, CRM, brand marketing and partner teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
· Coordinate with regional store teams and leadership to identify opportunities and support business priorities
· Build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
