Project Summary
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 3 to 4 years of experience in interior fit-out and civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs from drawings, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, rate analysis, cost comparison, value engineering, and budget management. The role requires strong knowledge of construction materials, methodologies, and market rates, along with the ability to coordinate with suppliers, evaluate non-tendered items, and monitor project costs. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required, along with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD. Candidates with experience in contracting or consulting firms and exposure to base-build and interior fit-out projects will be preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Liaise with suppliers to gather pricing information and incorporate it into the BOQ.
